Hello All,
I have created an access database that contains 2 reports.
In the 1st report design view, I have a stacked column chart in the detail section that is roughly 7.25" wide and a subreport of a table that is also about 7.25" wide.
When I switch to report view on this report, everything looks great.
However, when I switch to print preview, the chart zooms in and gets cut off. The subreport is unaffected.
In the second report in my database, the behavior is exactly the same: the chart zooms on print preview, but tabular data does not.
I have opened the database on a different computer, and the charts do not zoom, indicating the problem is specific to this PC.
Windows scaling is set to 100% on this PC, but I have opened the database with a computer (tablet) with windows scaling set to 200% (or 175% I can't remember).
I have fiddled with all the settings I can see in the property sheets and the print dialog but I can't find any thing that changes this behavior.
I can scale the graph down and have it print correctly on this PC, but it shows up scaled down on other PC's.
Also, I am set to print on 8.5x11", I have tried other printers and paper sizes to no avail.
Access Version: 1901, build 11231.20174, Windows 10
If anyone has seen this and knows what to do, please advise!
Thank you,
-Aaron
