How to freeze page header in access report?

How to freeze page header in access report? or how to make headers visible when scrolling in access Reports?

The page header appears at the top of every page.
users can move about the page,but it can't show the header if the user is viewing the bottom of the page.

Use Print Preview and set the view to One Page (at a time)
