How can I fix my form to view information from an Alias Table?

Just when I thought I was getting the hang of things.... this happens!!

    See screenshots here:

    SampleDB07222019.zip

I have one table that lists all the Addresses and another table that contains information for Trips. In the Trips table, instead of having two sets of fields to enter starting address and ending addresses, I had thought it would be better to put all the addresses in one table and simply reference the the from and to addresses with the Addresses table.

Everything was looking good and it seemed like a sound idea, but when I went to create the form, it just displays the From Addresses twice!

If you look at the screenshots, in the Query Builder for the form, I have the Trips table, the Addresses table and a States table. I created aliases for those so I wouldn't get confused, so we have FromAddresses and FromStates. I added the two tables again, and named them ToAddresses and ToStates. You can see how I linked them together in the screenshot.

When I run the query, the information is correct. But after I drag the ToAddresses and ToStates fields into the form and then go into Form View, it just displays the FromAddresses and FromStates twice. When I go back into Design View for the form, I see that the secord group of fields automatically changed from the ToAddresses to the FromAddresses. Even if I change the control source for one of the controls, after I go into Form View, it just changes back.

How I can I fix this and get the behavior I want?

    Thank you so much!

I have seen this issue before but don't recall the fix.

Do you have lookups built in tables?

If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

I do have lookups built in almost all the tables. But I don’t really need them if I create forms to enter the information if it will fix the problem.

I’ll see about uploading the DB file later tonight. Thanks!

Here's the DB file. I removed all the Lookups in the tables, thinking maybe it had something to do with it, but it didn't work.

Set the option in the image, then change all the prefixes to TO and you're good to go.
