Lightbulb Adjusting Access report line height to match field with wrapped text.

I have a report in Access 2016 where two or more fields have wrapped text. My problem is the height of the other fields on the same line do not adjust to match the height of the tallest field. I have set all fields to "Can grow". What else do I need to do?

I have seen report fields grow and wrap the text in them but all other field data simply lines up at the top with everything else in that record, so I'm not getting the problem. Unless maybe you are showing field sizes via borders or coloring? Can Grow will only take effect vertically - if there is more data that will fit in its height, so it's useless in the other controls.
