Report text box won't display all texts

I have a Text Box in a report that will not show all the characters. This is a concatenated field from a query that has more than 300 characters. The report property of Can Grow is set to Yes. All the characters are showing in the query (report's Record Source), so I'm baffled as to why it's not showing on the report. The text is not cut off at the end of the physical size. It's cut off at 255 characters. Initially, of the three fields I concatenated, the data type on two of them are Short Text and the other is Long Text. I then made them all Long Text, but it didn't help the case. Does anyone know a solution to resolve my issue?

Strange behavior...when I have that Text Box in a group header, then it has the issue. If I put that Text Box in the detail section, then no problem. I really want to put that Text Box in a group header, as I don't want to multiple lines of the same thing shown in the detail.

You might consider posting a copy of the database (zip format) with just a few records to show the issue and instructions on how to reproduce the issue. A sample of the desired output would also be helpful.
