In the attached DB the data is arranged in the ascending order of date in the query Form Sent. But in the Report based on this query it does not come in that order. Why? What to do so that it comes in ascending order in the report?

didn't download the db because this should be pretty straight forward - reports have their own sorting, ignoring query sorting.
You apply sorting and grouping in the report design, not the query.
