Add a next record button on main that moves to next record on sub also

    Hello

I have a Main Form "Leadership Review History" and a sub form "Leadership Review". I want to place a button at the bottom of the main form that goes to next record, I've done that using the wizard, works fine, but how to do I get the subform to go to the next record also?

    VBA?

    Thanks

    Ross

Master/Child Links of subform should automatically synchronize records. What is relationship between main form and subform records?

I may have done this wrong but it is ID > Employee_ID

Probably the screen shot explains it better. David is nominated by John and Peter. Therefore, there is two records of Recommendation,Needs, Plan.

So in main form you can go between John & Peter but the sub form doesn't move to reflect their comments. Does that make sense?

    Not making sense to me.

Why would main form move between nominators and not nominees? Then subform display comments related to nominee.

What is the RecordSource of main form? Is it a query joining tables?

Perhaps subform should have compound Master/Child Links.

If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
