Enter Parameter Value Pop Up Box

Not sure if this is the right section to post this in, but I keep seeing this "Enter Parameter Value" pop up each time I open one of the forms. I am using the generic Contact Management Database and manipulating it. How do I deleted/get rid of the pop up box? When trying to move around the Database, the pop up is rather annoying.

The recordsource for the forms is the query [Contacts Extended]. Does that query run independently when you open it? That query pulls Company from the table Contacts.

I'm not sure what you mean by "run independently". Here are screenshots of the Query and Contacts table.

I don't know where you got that DB from, but it has some problems, in that it has been modified from the official Microsoft version. If you want the official one, it's here:
