date related query

My master table is based around dates and times items went into a freezer and the date and time they came out.


I want to run a query with a variable date where I can create a list of items that were in the freezer on a specific date, at a specific time.
Eg - what items were in the freezer at 09:00 on 19JUN2019.

Any advice?

You need to get the "between" part of the query right.
