Rich Text Boxes (Word OLE vs ?)

I'm trying to build a report that can be easily exported to HTML. The problem is that the text boxes that are currently Word OLE objects will not save with the rest of the form. The text includes bullets and links which makes it difficult to create using standard Access controls (or at least that's what I've found). There are only two objects that need to be exported. Any tricks/workarounds?

    Thanks!

All I can suggest is that the memo field type, in Access2007, can be optioned for Rich Text capability.
