    Simple Question, I am new at this

    I have an access form I want to add data but keep each entry on a ew record

    I'm not clear on the question. If you want a notes field, you'd add one to the underlying table and then bind a textbox to it.

    If you want each note to be its own record then you need another related and dependent table and a subform for data entry.
