Can I move a form already built in access to sharepoint for users?

I have created an access database and now I would like to have users fill out a form with subform from sharepoint? Is that doable? I don't want users to see any other database objects at this point. I do want their form entries to write to existing tables in the database of course.

Does this help https://www.c-sharpcorner.com/upload...ist-and-forms/ (don't use IE to open link).
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Are you saying I would have to recreate versus utilizing what I have already built?

I have never used SharePoint but it looks like you would start with step 12, if your form is already "TABULAR" which is actually the same as Continuous.
