Prevent Scroll Bars on Form

Hello,

How can the AFRs Form not have up/down left/right scroll bars? When I resize it and reopen it sometimes shows the bars.



Also on the form there are text boxes (the larger rectangles) that have the bars when moving to those fields. Can these be removed and limit the number of characters to only what space is available in view?

I am sorry for not being clear. I want the text boxes to remain the size they are currently. But I don't want there to be more text than that.

I figured it out thanks Mike. I didn't see the Vertical bars option for the text fields. I set to None.
