Add New Customer Navigation Form Set Up

How would I go about creating a navigation form such as the one pictured? At this point I'm just looking to add the Home, New User, Add New Customer, Search customer, and reports tabs.

you'd be better off researching this and finding a tutorial or video you like. It's not a simple matter of just posting a few lines of text in a reply. I would post links if I had any, but from what I've read I probably would never use a nav form (and haven't thus far).

Like Micron I would not use Navigation Forms as I find it much easier to create my own switchboard.
