"Undefined function 'AppLoadString' in expression" Error

    Hi,

I am using Access 2016. Right now I am trying to create a blank form with four buttons. The intent is that each button will open a separate form on click. However, when I use the button tool and draw the button on the form, I receive an error that says "Undefined function 'AppLoadString' in expression". I am not sure what this error means, but I don't want it to cause any issues down the road when I program the button to open its respective form. Any ideas on what this error means and how to fix it? Thanks!

in form design mode, click the small down arrow on the right corner of the controls tab,
is USE CONTROL WIZARDS on? turn it off.

now grab a button and drop onto the form.
    Error here?

That worked, no error! Thank you so much, never would have thought to do that.
