    Bound Forms

I am trying to build a form with the following Criteria in an employee evaluation database

    All tables have correct relationships.

I would like the user to select a value from combo1 (manager selection).
Combo 2 (employee)will populate based on the selection in Combo 1.

After Combo 2 (employee)is selected a subform will show all evaluations that have occurred for the student and also allow them to create a new evaluation.

I am having a hard time with the binding of this to the table.

I think you're looking for a cascading combo box. After that set your subform's filter to whatever the second combo holds and you should be good to go.

My problem is when I select the first combo box, it does filter the subform appropriately.

It looks as if everything is a new entry when in fact I need to filter for the appropraite items in the subform and then edit or create new.

Can I see the code you're using?
