Table suddenly says "Property Not Found"

I have an Access database with a table that will not open at all, normally or in design view. I get an error message that says Property Not Found. It was working fine just an hour ago, and literally no changes where made to the file. I simply had it open. I viewed this table an hour ago and it was working fine, but now I'm suddenly getting this error.

For info sake, it's in a network folder and multiple people open and use it, but no one made any changes since I opened it.

Any ideas? I have a backup so I don't really need help resolving this; I rather need help figuring out why it would have happened.

If people are directly accessing the table / database file regularly at the same time you will probably have corruption.
You should split your database and everyone should use their own copy of the Front end.
