    Dynamic features of Forms

    Hello,

I'm using an Access database used to have study participants answer various questions. One of the forms entails them recording what prize number they draw based on numbers they've drawn at that time. These entries are recorded in the form for each participant, and participants fill out this form at each visit where they are eligible for a small prize and get to pick a number between 1-3. I want to create a field with "# of drawing" to automatically update (e.g. 2nd drawing if this is their 2nd visit etc.) based on historical visit data. Is this something I should look to do under the Database Tools>Relationship button on the top of the table for this form? I'm kind of an Access novice, so any guidance or links would be much appreciated!

    Thanks!

Not sure if you want to rank in a form or query (which then can propagate to a form). See if this helps
