MS-Access in 64 Bit operating systems

My company has several C++ windows applications that we would like to eventually convert to native 64 bit code. The applications read and write to Access databases (mdb). I have read elsewhere that the Jet database engine is not supported in 64 bit mode. If this is the case, what is the recommended way to access the databases in 64 bit code? A method using ADO would be preferred. Thanks
