    Accept Field Value from User

    Dear All,

I pickup a field value from another table (in the data entry Form).
After selecting the ID and Name from another table, I want user to fill up some data on the additional field.

    For Example.

    Company Table
    Name of company
    Reg Number
    Place of Incorporation.

First Director (This pickup from Director table)

Date of appointment is user entry (These two fields not in Company Table nor in Director Table
Date of resignation is user entry. Can I keep this as temporary field in Company Table)

No such thing as a 'temporary' field in table.

If there is no field for date of appointment, exactly what do you expect to happen with the input?

    Thank you June7

That entry to be stored in the Company records.

Director name (to be selected and retrieved from table director)
Additional information to be entered by the user that as "Date Appointed" and "Date Resigned"

There will be more than 1 Director for a Company.

    To give more details.

This Date Appointed and Date Resigned

Will show for All Director(s). 1 or 50.
Minimum number of Director is 1. Maximum will be 50.

For Each Director the user enter the Date Appointed and Date Resigned,

    geekaysys,

It might clarify things if you could provide a clear description of your proposed application in simple terms. Your post seems to want a specific answer to an unclear question and lacks context. Clarity in requirement definition is helpful to get focused responses.
    Good luck.
