Open Multi Item form with a Macro. Lost heading and layout..

I have a multi item form. The reason I have the multi item form is because I need to have a "data sheet" type view with a header with information and action button in the header. When I open the form (call it "mfrmDist") by double clicking on it in the navigator panel all works very well. However, when I use a macro (on click) by pushing a button in a different form the multi item opens without the header like a normal data sheet view.

If necessary, I can use code to open the mfrmDist form correctly, but I would like to use a macro while debugging the program since I am more comfortable working with macros.

I searched google and this forum for help, but I could not ask the question in a few words.

Cannot replicate issue. If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

I fixed the problem. I do not know what the problem was. I simply deleted the multi list form and started over. I think I may have set the multi list form view to datasheet or some other view?????
