Combo Box list based on another combo list

I have two combo boxes (Another for subject, and other for Schools).

I want the combo list (of school) to show base on the selection made in the subject)

Eg. If a subject Midwifery is selected in first combo box, then the options in second combo will be the schools offering Midwifery only.



Please just give an example, and I will work from there.... (I am learning lots)
