Automatically sending emails using templates

Hi everyone,



First time posting so apologise in advance if I say/do anything wrong.

On a daily basis I have a database that produces a list of excel spreadsheets for a list of clients. These spreadsheets are saved into a daily folder containing client specific information and are manually sent via email through set email templates located in another folder.

In one folder I have the excel documents.. eg..
Client 1.xls
Client 2.xls
Client 3.xls

In the other folder I have the email templates.. eg..
Client 1 email template.msg
Client 2 email template.msg
Client 3 email template.msg

Currently I have to drag and drop the appropriate excel doc to the appropriate email template and send via outlook.

My question: is there a way where I can automatically link the spreadsheet to the correct template and send the email automatically through a click of a button? This is a daily task so would save a tonne of time and effort and also prevent any risks of sending the wrong file to the wrong client.
