Changing userid's. Do they come from Office or Access?

In my Access application I usually see the correct username (top right).
Sometimes it is different from the actual user.
Does anybody have an idea how this can happen?

    Printout is attached.

    Any suggestions is appreciated.

It depends on where this is coming from but it is likely a table that holds either user name related to the path you show, or to the Windows login user id. I take it you didn't develop the application?

    That's correct. I didn't develop the application.
If it's Windows login id, can I hide it?
