Exclamation Report not showing all of query

    Hi All,

I am setting up an incident database, i have created a qry for the fields I want, the only condition is the incidents that are closed don't show on the report, this function is working.

I have created a report from that query but it is not showing all the data, i have set some fields to be collapsible but I think that is only when the fields are blank.

I have attached screenshots of the query and report showing the difference.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm confused, the report appears to contain more than the query (names, dates), though both have 3 records. What specifically are you seeing on the query that you aren't on the report?

Your field names would indicate your database isn't normalized.

Sorry there is more in the Query but couldn't fit all on screen (scrolls to the left)

On Query I can see everything I want to
On report I am missing the last 9 Columns Follow up/COntrol 3 through to closed

I've renamed the fields in the report, will that effect it?

You would need textboxes on the report with their control source being those fields.
