    Changeing to a different Back End Database Office 365


    Has anyone instructions to how to select a new back end database. I am using Office 365
    Previously I had done this many times now the dialogue box has changed in the Linked Table Manager. Have googled but havent found anything suitable

    If the tables are all named the same,
    do a relink tables, select all tables, click the select new location box.
    choose the new db.

    it names are not the same, you must start from scratch and import (link) all the new tables in the new db.

    Thanks, seems easy now, but what threw me was you had a prompt for only 1 table, so when I said yes, got prompts for each table in turn

    That's not unique to the current version of Access. I've had that happen on and off for years but can't recall if I ever figured out why when it did happen.
