    Newbie to Access need help.

I have downloaded this Project Management database and need it tweaked and I'm not sure where to do it so I need help. So what I am looking for is someone to help me with 1) tweaking 2) a bit of teaching.

When you open up this database what I'm looking for is I need to add in a project number between the ID and Project Name columns. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well, open table in design view and add field. Then modify queries, forms, reports, and code as appropriate.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Let me know what you want to do and I'll try to assist, I am not as well versed as many on here, but have developed a few on my own that perform as wanted.

    Thanks

    Valhalla1701,

Adding a field to a table may get you some immediate satisfaction. But how do you know this Project Management database that you downloaded meets your requirements.
Here is a link that may help.
