searching for a visual studio form example to access

    Hi everyone,

I have just downloaded Visual Studio.net for the first time, so I am completely new to this application (VB.net wise) within visual studio, and at first glance it seems not only daunting but completely different to MS Access forms, I was hoping to create a basic form that will queries add, edit and delete records within an access a table, so I'm just trying to find a downloadable example of this so that I can try and dissect and get my head around how they interact with each other. so I am looking for the simplest example (being that my grey matter at 60) is therefore understanding will not the greatest to absorb at that age.

I have a search and found a few youtube videos but most are not in english and this makes it even more difficult to attempt learn for the first time

Does any one have any examples I can download and have a look at...thanks for reading everyone.

    they are 2 different animals.
All access forms/queries/code should be done in Access.
    transferred via access.

Really!! why not that I was asking in my OP for an opinion on what was a good or bad approach this subject. As I was looking for a role out solution as in limiting user access to the original database files via this avenue. and just allowing specific access(only) without the need for runtime and or access installations. so to me is the perfect solution to this problem.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
