Question Help! Stuck on DSUM with multiple criteria...

I have multiple project #s that have multiple job #s for each project #. Each job has a certain amount of hours allocated to it. I need to determine how many hours by Job # have been allocated to each project and then it's percentage. See sample output. Please note that I have a table with Job #s, Project #s, and Hours. I have tried to use the DSUM formula but I can't figure out how to use it with multiple criteria. I hope this is an easy question for the experts.

make Q1 to sum the items,
make Q2 to get the Total / proj
then make Q3, using Q1 & Q2 and you can calc your % / proj.

then you can make Q4 to show your crosstab shown above.
