Opening file in Access 2016 "requires newer version of MS Access"

Greetings,

I have Access 2016, but when I try to open a .accdb file created in Access 2016 on another machine I receive the following error message: "The database you are trying to open requires a newer version of Microsoft Access." The file will open fine on all workstations except one. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hmm, perhaps that machine is missing updates?
