Multiple counts in a query

Good day everyone,



I am having difficulty with counting two columns in a query and getting the results I need. Column A requires a counts on the number of people base on the type of work performed (lots of multiple). Column B I need a count on of the type of test performed for each person. I need this information to do the percentages of work done by the testing done. Any advice would be great.

It is one table that contains the information. one of the columns contains the work performed and the other the test performed on the work. The count I need is column A and a certain test completed (column B contains 5 different tests) for a 1 in 20 task. The issue I am running into is either column A doesnt count corretly when column B is counted and vise versa. I have tried to set the criteria for Column B, but still do not get the results.
