Assistance in designing tables and structure for a record source and sub-category

I am attempting to map the following:

My main record source exists in the form of a first name, surname, and ID number.

I need to relate this data to a selected list of skills that the individual may hold (Administration, Construction, Trades, etc).

These skill values then in turn need to be related too and/or contain a sub-list of the particulars of said category. For example:

    Administration:
    • Administration Manager
    • Administration officer
    • Data Entry Operator

    Agricultural:

    • Farmer
    • Horticulturalist

    Trades:
    • Baker
    • Bricklayer

The main record source (the individual (name etc)) can hold multiple skills, and multiple skills can contain more than one sub-list of particulars.

For example: (Joe Bloggs who has an ID# of 123), and has the skills of (Trades as a Baker), (Agricultural as a Farmer), and (Administration as a Admin Officer, and a Admin Manager)

What would be a sensible way of constructing tables and relationships to assist with such a requirement?

    Definitely wanting to avoid MVF's

    Cheers

I'd have 1 table with all the occupations:
    trade,bricklayer,
    trade,Baker,
    Ag,farmer,
    Ag,horticult,
    Etc,

1 table tSkills, for the Persons skills:
    [personId],skill
    123,Farmer
    123,Baker
