Unhappy data access interrupt in the server

    Hello
We use Microsoft Access 2010 and Microsoft Windows 10.
the Access file is on a server. When the database is open more than 5 minutes. the database is cut off and we lose all data on the screen, but access remains open. It is the connection of the data with the server which seems to be cut. (What can I do to fix the problem?) The IT department advised me that they do not know about Access. But we did not lose the data when we had the previous version of window's.
    Thank you

Sounds more like a network problem than an Access problem. Is it reliably 5 minutes? I might set up a continuous ping to the server and see if it is dropping when Access cuts off.
