As little as I know about this subject, you all don't give me the sense I'm Dumb and that's very important to me. Plus, I feel OK to return and ask more questions. As you could figure out, I am not familiar with Access Database terminology and need to spend much more time with it so that I can properly explain what I am trying to convey. And yes, I now understand more why a properly constructed database is so very important. And I've got to spend more time getting the basics down in my mind. Thank you so much for your concern and input.

Hello all and great Thursday Evening,

I want to thank each of you for reaching out and forcing me to step into the deep in terms of setting up "Forms View" in order to add additional names and to be able to view all data in a brand new way. Because of my very limited knowledge, I am afraid I am going to delete something or mess up something, so, I tend not to do anything. You all have pushed me into the deep and I've found I can do stuff without fearing doing the wrong thing. Thank you all.
