Create a search record button that uses criteria from 2 combo boxes in form (Access 2013)

My data entry form (pictured) includes data from a tbl_Main from which other tables are related as one-to-many (see relationships pic) and featured as subforms within this main data entry form on pages/tabs. Users would like to go to this main form and review the data they entered for a specific DATE and PORT to check their work and make any necessary edits or add records to the subforms. The fields Survey_Date (reads "Date" on form) and Port (combo box with cascading selections for fields in subforms) are not unique values (ie not primary keys). However, in combination, they would only pull up one record from the tbl_Main. I have novice knowledge in VBA, but would like to learn more. I've searched for similar posts, but have been unsuccessful in finding code from which I can modify for this purpose. How can I accomplish this without creating a separate form to review data?

Also, I thought I was posting thumbnails. How do I post smaller images for people to click on for my posts?
