Add elements from text box to a table

Hi guys, take advantage of the post to announce that I am new to this group is in the use of Access (pass me the blunders that I will say).
I'm trying to complete my first project in access. The project is a simple estimate that from a "price list" table picks up the data saved in it with a combo box; in the next line I ask the number of objects to be included in the estimate, then I make a summary in 4 text boxes where I have:
    Object name
    Unit price
    Number of objects
Total price objects = Price * Number of objects

From this form I would like to add a button which on click allows me to add the contents of these text boxes in the new Quote table, which has the purpose of being printed (or saved in pdf) once I have added a series of records ( Items included in the estimate)The new table has 4 fields of the exact same name as the name plates of the text boxes.I do not understand how I can implement this button.I hope I was clear in the explanation, thanks in advance.

Why don't you have form bound to Quote table?

What do you mean by 'new' table? Why would table be new?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
