    Can't find "PlaySound" function

Where does one find the "PlaySound" function?

Seems most of what I find with Google are very old posts that only reference an API but I seem to recall VBA had advanced beyond that?

Yes, I did see Allen's post but compiler complains it can't find the function

    Code:
    Playsound ("C:\eRep\NielsenShort.wav")
    Perhaps missing a reference?

You need to copy the API code to a module - see same link- no extra reference needed
