Paused Access macro while programming action catch up

    Hello,

I have a VBA program in Access that copies excel tables onto power point, there are a lot of copying, because of this the code is running too fast but the copying action is not fast enough - giving an error message. This problem occurs sporadically.

Please advise on how I can fix it, I was thinking about pausing the coding for 1/10 of a second before the copy action catches up. Please advise would this solve the problem and has anyone experienced this ?

I hope I make sense. I never figure this problem out.

Presuming you're in VBA, you can try adding DoEvents between. If that doesn't work, you can try this:

Looks good, but I am not sure if this will solve the problem.
Wonder if anyone has this issue and solved it. I am going to try to use this code as well.

Using DoEvents is the usual solution for this kind of problem!

The problem with making anything foolproof...is that fools are so darn ingenious!
