Reports: cannot set Detail section Height less then 2 inches so it matches the height of the textbox

    Hi,

I'm building my first MS Access report. The detail section contains only 1 line, provided by a textbox. However, I cannot set the Detail section less then 2 inches so it's near to the height of the textbox.

    How come?
    Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards,
    Bart

I have no problem resizing the Detail section to even 0 if I want (with no controls in the section). There must be some kind of control at about 2 inches that is forcing the height.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
