Qry criteria has trouble with Form picks

I seem to have 2 problems for my crosstab.

In the attached file, from a Form, I want to pick a Rep and a Customer for a report 8120.

1 - Looking at Qry8120, I used what I thought was a normal criteria to get a RepID based on the form:
    [forms]![frm8100Finance]![cboRepID]
    and for the Customer:

    [forms]![frm8100Finance]![cboCusID77]

I even used a Where. Not sure if I should have. Please refer to Qry8120.
It does not like my two criteria lines.

2 - Next, in qry8135, I hardcoded the repID to 36 and the CusID 246. The qry 8135 worked fine.
However, a 2nd problem popped up in this crosstab. There is no data for months 2, 3, 4, 6, 11 and 12.
So when I try to use the report 8135, It bombs out because those months had zero Qty.

I appreciate your help. I made a mini file to follow better.
    It is called DB1.zip Glen.
