hide record if checkbox is unchecked

I have a form which displays a user's certifications. It has a checkbox to verify that the currently displayed record is a current certification for the user. By default, when a new record is created, the current certification checkbox is clicked as this would make sense that when someone enters a new certification that it would be considered current. My question is how I can hide a record on the form if the checkbox is then unchecked indicating that the certification is no longer current.

You could use a query on your table(s) where you select only the records you want to display on the form.
Use the query as the recordsource of the form.

Select records where checkbox is Checked.

Records get stored in tables, and displayed on forms.
