Form comes back blank if any of the data fields are blank.

I have a table of programs with various data, such as
    Program ID (key)
    Program Name
    Service
    Graduate Level.

I currently use a dropdown, set to open the form where (Program ID) equals (Value in dropdown set to program ID). And if the program entry has all four fields with data, it loads with no problem. However, if "service" has no data, then all fields on the form are blank.

    What could be causing this?

Nevermind. One of the fields, "ServiceID" referenced another table, and I had it set to "one to one" so of course a null value removed it. Proper table relationships are currently kicking my butt.
