Using a Scanner to input data

    Hi All,
Fairly new to Access programming, but I have created a database with a couple of tables and forms to input the data. I'm using a scanner and barcodes to input data. So the user pushes a button which opens a form, with focus on a text field. The user then scans the bar code and data is input. My question is how once data is scanned it will automatically move to the next record. In other words scan multiple bar codes without having to hit the next arrow on the form to save and move to the next record for input?

    Thanks in advance
    Lenny

you must setup the scanner to do this....
set to put in the barcode then submit a carriage return (enter key)

the scanner comes with software so you can configure it.
When you get to the end, stop scanning. What do you want to do?
