Add & Pull Records from Table via Form

    HI All,

I am a total newbie to MS Access. I just know how to create a simple form, I have been given a task to create a form which would be accessed by multiple agents so i would want the table to be in a different database so that user is not able to see that. He can just enter records through the form.

Also he would need a search form, So he can pull data through the UniqueID.

I am able to add data to the table , but i need to look for the search option and if possible navigation option also so the Team Leader can view all sales for the day one by one.

Kindly note that access is new to me so i don't know how to build query , use a recordsource.

Here is the attached Access Form, I will be using.

    Thanks
