    Template for data entry

I have an existing database which is used in a Quality department in an engineering company. I need to introduce a data entry document which will electronically record the inspections which take place on components which arrive at Goods Inwards.
Typically a component could have up to 15 attributes which need to be checked and there could be up to 32 samples of each component to be checked.
Can anyone point me in a direction at all......

I suggest you write down the things involved -starting at high level and working toward more details.
Here is a link to some business rules to help with the kind of information to gather.
You need to identify in business terms how components and attributes and samples "fit" with one another.
    Good luck
