    Importing a date range table

I have data in Excel like this:

    01/01/17 01/02/17 01/03/17
    Location A 10 12 15
    Location B 5 8 3
    Location C 3 10 9

Up to now I have been creating a workbook for importing the data to Access like this:

    Location A 01/01/17 10
    Location B 01/01/17 5
    Location C 01/01/17 3
    Location A 01/02/17 12

Is there a more efficient way to approach this?

    Thanks

Have a google for "Unpivoting", there is a way in Excel to do this automatically.
    One answer : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/...flatten-normal

    Minty,

Thank you so much for your reply. I didn't know that unpivot existed and it's just what I need.

    Cheers
