How to pull data fron access database to excel vba userform

Hi all,

I have created user form in excel with access database for multiuser.
i want to update record by clicking next command button.
when i click next the serial number which is already updated in access database (for empty record set) will appear in userform where i can update customer name address and mobile number.
as it is multi user user form so how to prevent to pull same serial number to other users.

Why are you using Excel as user interface?

I don't understand 'for empty record set'.

I don't understand 'prevent to pull same serial number to other users' - users are accessing same records they are able to pull same serial number.
