Angry Vertical Scrollbar Appears At Random

I have an issue with frm_CurrentFormula and the subform that is on it, [qry_CurrentFormula subform]. For some reason or another, the scroll bar only shows sometimes and not always (when there are enough records on the screen so that a scroll bar is necessary). I've tried the following troubleshooting measures to no avail:
    1. re-create subform
    2. check scrollbar properties for both form and subform (property is set to 'Both')

Is there any other troubleshooting I can do?

I've attached my database so you can see what I am dealing with. From the main menu, select 'Formulation'. Then select, 'Find Formula'. The scrollbar won't be there but if you select the last record, the scrollbar magically appears. I hate magic! just kidding.

It does show for me - but there is quite a delay. This must be a very busy form and maybe you are running over a network and/or on a slow pc?

HAAA!! That may be the reason. I'm working on a slow computer and the database is housed on a network.

Your for is quite wide. I think the scroll bar is always there, but you have to scroll the whole form (using the bottom-most horizontal scroll bar) left to see it. Hiding the navigation pane also make the whole form fit on the screen (for me), but that may also depend on the monitor you are using.

I didn't experience any slow performance; I don't see anything unusual about the form's query that would cause it.
