    Write Conflict Error Message

When I click on a row within the notes column above, a pop-up box opens which allows the users to write a description inside and close it.

When I first open the form enter data into a note, the data will not show-up when I close the pop-up (but it will show-up when I reopen it within the pop-up). Doing this multiple times with the same record I get the same result.

Trying a different record (different row on the same form) I enter my data, but I get the error message below.

When i click "Save Record" the data saves, but going back to open the first record I tried, it is blank and I have to reenter my data.

Any Help would be great to get rid of this error message. Thanks

not sure what is a "pop up box"...but sounds like you mean a pop up form; in which case you are opening 2 instances of the same record & field which is causing your conflict.

Yes it is a pop-up form. I believe that is the case, but once I clear the error it functions appropriatley and on certain systems that error does not come up. Is there a systems setting or something I can change to override that error message?

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
