Large Database and Needing to Pull All Row/Column Data for Selected Addresses

Attached is sample of database I am working on. Need to only pull the row and column information for selected address ranges.

As example the addresses that I will input need to pull the data from the database and put in new sheet.
    5000-7000 AIRPORT
    50-500 ALDINE BENDER
    3550-7687 BEECHNUT

First file "excel sample" is the sample file of data information
Second file" Database pull" is the results I need

    Thank you

The two sets of records in the files are the same. There is no worksheet provided so the Excel link is useless.

There is certainly more than one way to accomplish what you want. One is to have a Yes/No field in table and either manually or with code set value of the field and apply filter.

The first file has a sample of the large database and the results of what I am trying to do. There are two files in the first.
In the second file is the results. Sorry I posted twice on the results. I am just getting started on this site and Access.

The first attachment is just an Access db with a table that has 4 records and a link to an Excel file which you do not provide. The second attachment is another Access db with a table that has the same 4 records and no Excel link.

    My previous comments still apply.

That's a bigger file than I want to download and not sure it would be helpful anyway. I described one method but since your source data is a linked worksheet it is not applicable. Are worksheet columns same as fields in table? Can manually set up query to filter by desired range(s) and run INSERT SELECT action. Automating to allow users to select multiple ranges and dynamically building SQL action statement could be quite complicated. I am not interested in building this for you.

8.8MB has to be more than just 28 rows and a few columns. You initially provided an Access file with a link set to an Excel worksheet. Is this your actual database structure? Why is Excel involved?

All of the databases are in Excel Binary. I tried to upload a 28 row sample but it said, not in right format. I tried serveral times, but it said I have to zip the file. So I did. I did not know it had all my records?

Uploaded files cannot be deleted from the forum, only from the post, which you seem to have done. You may continue.
